Our Leadership Team

The Florida Parishes Juvenile Justice District is a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana with territorial jurisdiction throughout the Twenty-First and Twenty-Second Judicial Districts, which includes the parishes of Livingston, St. Helena, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington. The Commission, an 8-member board appointed by Judges and District Attorneys of the region, oversees District affairs, its Executive Director, and the operation of the Florida Parishes Juvenile Detention Center.


The Florida Parishes Juvenile Detention Center is under the leadership of Executive Director Joseph Dominick, who oversees the Agency’s daily operations and a complement of five Directors.
